Venice Unleashed is basically a version of BF3 without all the annoying restrictions imposed by EA and DICE. It adds many server options and will enable users to run MODS for bf3 in the future. Extra server options include but are not limited to: tweaking suppression, disabling the colour filter, and slowing/speeding of time. Also high-frequency netcode is a thing they're working on.

Rainbow 6 Siege - Balancing
I'm really looking forward to this game. It looks to be a good shooter that is actually being made for competitive play. I love BF, but let's face it: It's not built for comp play. They're already approaching balancing better than BF ever has it seems.
