New update, working as a team.

I have some suggestions for team work. i'm not saying.. '' do this coz i am better than you all''

1, Good Communication? i.e (exact location?) (quick response?)

2, (Designated Team leader for every raid?)

3, Situational awareness? (Knowing Who is around you i.e team mates or enemy?)

4, Less comms? i.e talking over one another or constant speaking/mumbling

5, Less toxicity when accidents happen?

1: Yea, we all need to work on some callouts together. Even I couldn't quickly think of what a few I knew were the other day.

2: That's what we use to have when we played in leagues( long ago) and scrimed.

3: Yea, always a plus

4: Yea, I often talk to much random bs when I shouldn't be. About 90% of us have this problem.

5: Agreed. But I will still not be happy when I am team killed.

Yeah I know people aren’t happy about getting team killed but again I wouldn’t leave or rage about it, shit happens sometimes.

I don’t know what up lately but previously I have enjoyed your company as a friend and a gamer, I’ll be disappointed if u quit but if that’s what u want then take care, we had some mad times on the battlefield with those scrims etc.

Disappointing reply, but I can't say I couldn't see something like this coming. I had a feeling it might, which is why I tried to go out of my way to point out that I am not trying to be " too harsh", or whatever I said. I hope you work out whatever you need to work out. a lovely group of guys indeed, been playing with them since battlefield 3 and they r like a second family at this stage. hugs!

Thinking about some things -

Improving as a team -

Don’t loot straight away, check your surroundings.

Make sure you know where people are to avoid friendly fire ( I failed on this part lol )

Don’t run ahead of everyone else, keep together.

Communicate giving clear call outs, learn maps.

EFT RULES -

Not your loot don’t take unless been given permission, respect thing.

Streaming, please use stream channel, that way people know u r live.

Channels on Eft, remember big part of eft is listening to surroundings so if your not game please don’t be noisy so people can hear what they are doing.

Wow so many comments, I will get to reading them all. But as of now I’ve only read Nine’s. And as a total novice at the game I do think it would be a good idea for one of our streamers ( nine, swats and Don(I’m not sure is dingo or others stream)). To make a video of the area locations / shout outs. For example “double stack” as for ages I thought double stack was the 2 smoke towers. That’s just an example but for me there are loads more and lots of maps

I think point 1) is what I was saying, teach new guys ( my self definitely included) the teams call outs, I’ve been learning other streamers names for places but they are not all the same

Yeah, Communication is key to tarkov.
Situational awareness is also just as important.
If we learn to implement these 2 things into raids we will be more successful in raids.
